What is Superwash?
Superwash wool is specially treated so that it is resistant to shrinking when washed. The products do not shrink or felt when washed and can be machine washed at 40°C. Each wool fiber is made of scales. If these scales join together, the fiber felts. The Superwash process prevents the formation of bonds between the scales.
